Terms of use and of sale

Version of 25 October 2026

1. Purpose and publisher

Datalogia finds personal data exposed on the internet and helps get it removed. The service is published by the company identified in the legal notice.

The service includes:

  • automatic searches (scans) in leak databases and open sources, based on the identifiers you enter;
  • removal requests sent in your name to data brokers, under a mandate you sign;
  • monitoring that regularly re-checks the identifiers you have already scanned;
  • dark web reports, made by hand by an analyst;
  • training, online and by booking.

These terms apply as soon as an account is created. They serve as terms of use and, for any purchase, as terms of sale. You accept them when you create your account, and again with each payment.

2. Account and minimum age

You must be at least 16 to create an account. You sign up with an email address and a password, or with a Google or GitHub account. The email address must be confirmed through the link we send you.

You undertake to:

  • give accurate information;
  • keep your login credentials to yourself;
  • tell us without delay about any access to your account that was not you.

The Elite plan requires two-factor authentication. An account without a subscription stays free. It can ask for a trial report, one per account, which covers the account's email address once confirmed and arrives by email within 24 hours. It can also buy credits and run searches, but only on that same address.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deletion is immediate: a card subscription is cancelled with our payment provider, and the remaining credits, bought or not, disappear with the account without being refunded.

3. Permitted use

You use the service to find and get removed your own data, or those of a person who has given you a written mandate. Before each search, you attest to this by ticking a box; that attestation is recorded with the date and your IP address.

It is forbidden to use Datalogia to:

  • search for another person's data without their consent or a mandate;
  • monitor, harass or track anyone;
  • get around security measures, quotas or payment;
  • resell access to the service or query it automatically without our written consent.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of the identifiers you submit. A breach leads to suspension of the account (article 16).

4. Plans and prices

Three paid plans are offered. Each comes with monthly or yearly payment:

PlanMonthlyYearlyCredits per monthItems monitored
Essentiel19,90 €199 €201
Pro49,99 €499 €605
Elite99,99 €999 €15020

Prices are in euros, all taxes included. Payment is by card through Stripe or in cryptocurrency through NOWPayments. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of payment.

5. Card subscription: term, renewal, cancellation

Monthly. The subscription has no commitment. It is charged every month on the anniversary date and you can cancel it whenever you want.

Yearly. The price of twelve months is paid in advance. At the end of the twelve months, the subscription renews for twelve months at the price then in force, unless you have cancelled it before the renewal date. Before that date, you receive a reminder email, sent by our payment provider Stripe, stating the date and the amount.

To cancel or change plan, open the billing portal from your account area. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid; you keep access until then, and no pro rata amount is refunded. A change of plan modifies the current subscription: the portal shows the new price before you confirm.

If a payment fails, you are told by email and keep your rights while Stripe tries the payment again. Without payment, the subscription ends.

When a subscription ends, for whatever reason: the monthly credit quota is no longer topped up and monitoring is paused (article 10). The removal mandate stays valid, and requests already paid for keep being handled (article 9). Credits bought in packs stay on the account. An email confirms the end of the subscription.

6. Cryptocurrency payment

A cryptocurrency payment buys a fixed term: 31 days for a month, 366 days for a year. Nothing renews or is charged automatically.

7 days before the end, an email reminds you. Paying for the same plan again extends the term. While a plan paid in cryptocurrency is running, a different plan is refused: you have to wait for the end of the period. If a card subscription is active, it is changed by card.

Before the invoice is created, we record your acceptance of these terms and your request for immediate performance (article 13), with the date, the plan, the amount and your IP address.

Any refund is made on request to support, to the address the payment came from.

7. Credits

A single credit balance pays for web searches, dark web reports (article 8) and removal requests (article 9). A web search costs according to the number of identifiers and the depth chosen. The cost of each order is shown before you confirm it. Reading a result, following a request or training costs nothing.

The monthly quota comes with the subscription, yearly included: it is topped up every month and the unused part is lost when it is topped up.

Credit packs are bought one at a time, with or without a subscription:

  • 10 credits: 10 €
  • 25 credits: 19 €
  • 50 credits: 39 €
  • 125 credits: 89 €

Purchased credits do not expire and add to the quota. An order uses the month's quota first, then purchased credits. They cannot be exchanged for money and disappear with the account.

8. Dark web reports

A dark web report is made by hand by an analyst, who looks for your data on closed forums and markets. It is paid with the account's credits (article 7), per item checked (an email address, a phone number, a username): 10 credits without a subscription or on Essentiel, 9 on Pro, 8 on Elite. The price is that of the plan active when you order, and is shown before you do. Any signed-in account can order, with or without a subscription.

You attest that the data submitted is your own. The report is delivered in your account area, usually within 48 to 72 hours; when demand exceeds what the team can handle, the delay shown before ordering becomes 10 to 14 days. The report lists the sources covered, even when it finds nothing.

A report informs, it removes nothing: on those forums there is nobody to ask for a deletion. If the analyst declines a request, the credits spent are returned to you, and the part taken from the month's quota goes back to the quota.

9. Removal requests and mandate

You can sign a mandate authorising us to exercise in your name your right to erasure (article 17 GDPR) and your right to object (article 21) with data brokers and the services holding your data. Signing records your legal name, the accepted text, the date and your IP address. Signing orders nothing.

Each request is ordered from a scan and paid in credits, with or without a subscription: 10 credits for a letter to each broker reachable by email, 8 per broker that only accepts a form, 3 to close your account at a service that leaked when it accepts email, 8 when its form has to be filled in. The letter contains your legal name, the scan's email address and the mandate, reproduced in full (text, date, reference). It is sent by email from our address, or through the recipient's form. No request goes out before a team member has read and approved it. Replies are tracked. The right to be forgotten costs 10 credits per page address: we ask Google to stop showing it when someone searches for your name; Google decides, and may refuse in the public interest. Erasure at breach search engines costs 5 credits for all of these sites: we ask each site that indexes breaches and lets people search them for an address to erase yours from its index. Once it is erased, our own searches and monitoring no longer find it there.

You can revoke the mandate at any time from your account area. The end of the subscription does not revoke it. Requests already sent remain valid; those not yet sent wait for a new mandate. We cannot guarantee that a recipient complies, nor how quickly.

10. Monitoring

Monitoring only follows information your account has already scanned. Each monitored item is re-checked every 7 days by default (the frequency is set in the settings), for 1 credit a month, whatever the frequency. The number of items depends on the plan (article 4). A new leak is reported to you by email.

With no credit available, or when the subscription ends, monitoring is paused.

11. Referral programme

The referred person gets 15% off the first payment of their first subscription, by card or in cryptocurrency, by using their referrer's code. You cannot use your own code.

The referrer must have a running subscription when the referred person pays. They then receive, once per referred person, a commission in money calculated on the amount actually paid excluding tax, according to the number of paying referred people they have already brought:

People already referredCommission
0 to 210%
3 to 913%
10 to 2416%
25 or more20%

Credits equal to 10% of the amount are added (at least 1 credit).

A commission becomes available 30 days after the referred person's payment. It is cancelled if that payment is refunded or disputed. Payout is by bank transfer only, on request from your profile, once 50 € is available: you give the account holder's name, the IBAN and the BIC. Commissions received are income, and declaring and paying tax on it is your responsibility.

12. Training

The online training path is included with the account. A guided training session is booked through a form: it is a request, not yet an order. A team member contacts you within 48 hours to set the date and confirm the price. The sale is concluded when you accept that written confirmation, which also sets out payment and cancellation terms.

13. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer, you have 14 days from the purchase to withdraw without giving a reason (article VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). This applies to a subscription and to a credit pack.

The service starts as soon as you pay: credits are granted and the first search becomes possible. That is why, before paying, you expressly ask for this immediate performance and acknowledge losing your right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed (article VI.53 of the same code). If you withdraw after the service has started but before it has been fully performed, you pay for the part already provided.

To withdraw, use the "Withdraw from the contract" section of your account area, or send the form in the annex, or any other clear statement, to contact@datalogia.io. An acknowledgement is sent to you by email. We refund you no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used, minus the part already provided.

Outside withdrawal, a period already paid is not refunded. Mandatory rules protecting consumers still apply.

14. Limits of the service

We search with the sources available to us. We cannot guarantee:

  • that results are complete: some sources are out of reach;
  • that a removal succeeds with a source that does not cooperate or is outside EU law;
  • a precise removal time, which depends on third parties.

A result reflects the state of the sources at the time of the search.

15. Liability

We are liable for failures to meet our obligations. We are not liable for the accuracy of data from third-party sources, nor for the acts of third parties (brokers, platforms, those behind leaks). These limits do not apply in the event of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, to personal injury, or where the law prohibits them.

16. Suspension and closure

If you breach these terms, we first write to you stating the breach and a deadline to remedy it. Without a reply or a fix, we may suspend and then close the account.

In the event of abuse, suspension is immediate and you are told by email: searching for another person's data without a right to, payment or referral fraud, an attack on the service.

17. Personal data

The processing of your data is described in our Privacy policy. You exercise your rights through our dedicated form.

18. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. Any change is notified to you by email 30 days before it takes effect. If you refuse it, you may cancel your subscription free of charge before that date. The version in force and its date appear at the top of this page.

19. Complaints and mediation

First write to support at contact@datalogia.io. If your complaint is not resolved, you may refer it free of charge to the Consumer Mediation Service (FPS Economy, Boulevard du Roi Albert II 8, 1000 Brussels, mediationconsommateur.be).

20. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer living in another EU Member State, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country. In the event of a dispute, you may go to the Belgian courts or to those of your place of residence; we can only bring proceedings against you before the courts of your place of residence (Articles 17 and 18 of Regulation EU 1215/2012).

21. Language

The contract is written in French. The English and German versions are translations; if they differ, the French text prevails.
