A subscription grants credits every month, and that balance pays for everything: automatic search, removal requests, and manual reports from closed forums, which inform but remove nothing. Pro and Elite pay less for those reports. The scan demo is free: it needs an account with a confirmed email address, and arrives by email within 24 hours.

A light search costs 1 credit, maximum depth costs 5. Reading a report or following a training costs nothing. Monthly credits do not carry over.
A dark web report is an analyst searching your data by hand on closed forums, delivered within 48 to 72 hours, with the list of sources covered even when nothing was found. It is ordered from the client area and paid with your credits: 10 per item, 9 on Pro, 8 on Elite. Without a subscription too, at full price. It opens no removal: where it looks, there is nobody to ask.

What a credit pays for
A credit pays for a search, a dark web report or a removal request, not for a piece of data found. Reading, understanding and training cost nothing.
An email address or a number, in the known leak archives.
Cross-matching of identifiers, premium leak databases, passwords stolen by infostealers.
An analyst searches by hand for an email, a number or a username on closed forums and markets. 9 credits on Pro, 8 on Elite.
An erasure and objection request to each broker reachable by email, reviewed by our team. A broker that only accepts a form: 8 credits.
An erasure letter to the service: 3 credits by email, 8 when its form has to be filled in.
The right to be forgotten: we ask Google, on your behalf, to stop showing the page when someone searches for your name. Google decides, and may refuse in the public interest.
Some sites index breaches and let anyone search them for an address. We ask them, on your behalf, to erase yours from their index. One price for all of them.

The price depends on how many people to cover. The first audit is free, and it tells you what your organisation exposes before you commit to anything.
Money questions
Can I cancel whenever I want?+
The monthly plan has no commitment: you cancel whenever you want, and access stays open until the end of the month paid for. The yearly plan is paid in advance for twelve months: cancelling stops the renewal, with no refund of the remaining months. Either way, the current month's credits stay usable until the end of the period.
How can I pay?+
By card, or in cryptocurrency: USDC, BTC, ETH, SOL, XMR.
What happens if the report finds nothing?+
You still receive the report, with the list of sources covered and the date. It is the document attesting that nothing was circulating that day.
What does the yearly subscription change?+
2 months free over the year. The credits still arrive month by month, they are not paid out in one go.
