What is out there about you, and what we do with it.
We look for what circulates about you. You decide what should go, and we send the requests. What cannot be removed stays under watch.
- Step 01
We search
Leak databases, passwords stolen by infostealer malware, the sites where your email, username or phone number has an account. If you order it, an analyst also searches the dark web by hand: private channels, closed forums, resale markets.
The demo is free. It needs an account, and the summary arrives by email within 24 hours.
- Step 02
We tell you what is out there
The report lists every item found, source by source, with the date. For each one, you see where it comes from and whether it can be removed.
- Step 03
You choose
Nothing goes out without you. You tick what you want gone and leave the rest. Each request is paid in credits when ordered, with or without a subscription.
- Step 04
We send the requests
One erasure request per source that accepts it, in your name, under article 17 of the GDPR, with your mandate attached: data brokers, directories, breach search engines, the service your data leaked from, and Google to take a page out of its results. A person reviews every request before it goes out, and every answer is recorded in your file.
- Step 05
If the source refuses
It has one month to answer (GDPR article 12.3). If it refuses or stays silent, next come the formal notice, then the complaint to the data protection authority: the APD in Belgium, or the one in the source's country. If that is not enough, we point you to the official lawyer directories. This recourse only exists where European law applies.
The guides for this recourse come with Pro, the prepared letters with Elite.
- Step 06
What cannot be removed stays under watch
A leaked item cannot be taken back: it is already out there. We check it again at regular intervals and warn you if it shows up somewhere else. If it resurfaces at a source that accepts requests, you start the removal again, the same way.
Every 7 days by default, or every 3 or 30 days if you prefer. 1 credit per item per month.
On the dark web, the limit is clear.
There, nobody receives a request and no law applies: nothing gets removed. We cannot promise that an item will never come back there.
What you gain is knowing. The manual report says what circulates, and the watch on leak databases warns you when a new leak concerns you. That leaves time to act: change a password, block a card, warn your bank before someone calls you in its name.
The aim: to be found in as few places as possible.
Every removal obtained is one less place where you can be found. The watch keeps an eye on the rest, and you can start the path again as soon as an item reappears where we can act.
Start with the demo
It is free and tells you what is out there. The rest is decided afterwards.
